Users – individuals who register for or use the Let’s Tour app or website.
Non-Users – individuals who receive itineraries, invitations, or visit our public pages.
Guides & Drivers – independent contractors matched through the Let’s Tour platform.
Employees & Applicants – current staff and job candidates.
Shareholders & Directors – persons holding ownership or governance roles.
This Policy is drafted in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Let’s Tour Account – your account within the Let’s Tour app or website.
Let’s Tour App – the mobile application that displays tours and allows itinerary creation.
Let’s Tour Platform – the underlying software matching Users with Guides, Drivers, and Travel Partners.
Let’s Tour Services – all features offered through the Let’s Tour Platform, including ready-made tours and the Create-Your-Tour builder.
You – any individual listed above to whom this Policy applies.
Users
Data collected: name, email, phone, country, itinerary details and location (when permitted).
Purpose: create and manage accounts, build or book tours, personalize content, provide customer support, improve service quality.
We process personal information on one or more of the following grounds:
Contractual necessity – to provide the Let’s Tour Services you request.
Legitimate interests – service improvement, platform security, and business administration.
Consent – for optional features such as marketing communications or precise location sharing.
Legal obligations – to meet tax, employment, or regulatory requirements.
We keep personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above and to satisfy legal or accounting requirements. After that, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Guides and Drivers to fulfil bookings.
